It is my responsibility to execute all of the tasks related to:
Manage Inbound Calls: I will handle all inbound calls, ensuring clients are directed to the right team members promptly.
Schedule Consultations Efficiently: I will manage appointment scheduling, ensuring consultations are booked and confirmed with ease.
Create Positive First Impressions: I will greet clients with professionalism, providing a friendly and seamless experience from the first call.
I work 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
(part-time 20 hours/week also available)

I typically report directly to the Office Manager or Lead Receptionist, providing regular updates on call volumes, client inquiries, and appointment scheduling to ensure smooth front desk operations.
