The Mission of the Receptionist / Virtual Front Desk Specialist

It is my responsibility to execute all of the tasks related to:

  • Manage Inbound Calls: I will handle all inbound calls, ensuring clients are directed to the right team members promptly.

  • Schedule Consultations Efficiently: I will manage appointment scheduling, ensuring consultations are booked and confirmed with ease.

  • Create Positive First Impressions: I will greet clients with professionalism, providing a friendly and seamless experience from the first call.

Pricing: $1,995 / month

I work 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

(part-time 20 hours/week also available)
