It is my responsibility to execute all of the tasks related to:
LEAD QUALIFICATION: Streamlining the intake process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for potential clients.
FOLLOW-UP: Responding to leads promptly, gathering necessary information, and maintaining clear communication to keep clients engaged.
CONVERSION: Collecting and tracking data to help the firm improve lead-to-client conversion rates and provide a seamless client onboarding experience.
I work 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
(part-time 20 hours/week also available)
Q:
-Handling initial consultations and gathering necessary information from potential clients.
-Coordinating appointments between clients and attorneys.
-Ensuring timely follow-up with leads to maintain engagement and reduce abandonment.
-Keeping CRM systems updated with client details, case status, and follow-up activities.
-Assisting Spanish-speaking clients and ensuring seamless communication across language barriers.
Q:
I typically report directly to the Intake Manager or Office Manager, providing regular updates on lead status, conversion rates, and follow-up activities.
